Anna Ingerfurth

Anna Ingerfurth (*1969) studied at the Stuttgart Academy of Fine Arts from 1989 to 1998. She won numerous prizes and scholarships in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris and Stuttgart. Her small-scale paintings, collages and weekly drawings are in the collections of various public institutions in Stuttgart (Land Baden-Württemberg, Kunstmuseum, Graphothek), Karlsruhe (L-Bank), Backnang (Galerie der Stadt Backnang) and Schwäbisch Gmünd (Museum im Prediger) amongst others.

Ingerfurth is also adept at designing architectural works of art in very large formats. Her murals are in various public and private buildings around Germany (Stuttgart: Robert Bosch Hospital, Heidelberg: University Clinic, Eberdingen-Nussdorf: Klein Collection, Stuttgart: Stammheim Juvenile Detention Centre/Inner Courtyard, Rüsselsheim: residential building; and currently in Berlin: primary school and Kirchheim/Teck: Technical Relief Service).

At the beginning of 2022, Anna Ingerfurth's weekly drawings were featured on television, specifically, on SWR and 3Sat Kulturzeit. Currently, they are on presentation on the Instagram account of “ttt Titel Thesen Temperamente”.
