Nina Hollein

Nina Hollein was born in Vienna in 1971. She is an architect and fashion designer and has worked in New York (with Peter Eisenman) and Frankfurt. In 2008 she founded her "slow fashion" label, creating unique pieces made from linen and upcycled materials. Since 2016, she has been based in the USA, designing collections and costumes for film and stage. Her style merges architecture and fashion: “Architecture is fashion’s closest relative; the process from concept to execution is identical.” Sustainability and craftsmanship define her work.
